It’s not uncommon to see interesting collaborative projects emerge, or for tenants to teach each other new skills. The sheer proximity, coupled with facilitated community learnings and events, make the coLab a truly collaborative space.

PRIVATE CONFERENCE ROOMS

Each tenant has access to shared Breakout Rooms, Conference Rooms (with and without video capability), Lounge, Collaboration Area and even a Kitchen. In The Factory, the entire facility is equipped with sound-masking technology to keep conversations private.
